T. M. Ferrell & Associates is a Managing General Agent founded by Terry M. Ferrell in San Antonio, Texas in 1986 to serve the Texas non-subscription marketplace.  Our agents are all over Texas---from Beaumont to El Paso and from Dalhart to the Rio Grande Valley including some from Colorado, Florida, New Mexico and California.

We wrote the first Combined Single Limit policy ever issued in 1991 with American Fidelity and the second Primary Employers Indemnity policy with Clarendon America a few years later.  We advocated the implementation of E.R.I.S.A. programs for non-subscribers when most people didn’t even know what E.R.I.S.A. was and included Mediation and Arbitration in our non-subscription policies in 2002 when the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in favor of arbitration in the workplace.

Ferrell Associates has been a member of TXANS (Texas Association of Responsible Non-subscribers) and the Non-subscriber Committee of the Texas Association of Business for many years and through these affiliations as well as others over the years, go the extra mile to keep up with the changes and the various products available to Texas Non-subscribers in today’s market.
